"DO NOT GO HERE FOR MICROBLADING!! Rachel will tell you she has done this "many times before and not to worry". She is very inexperienced and does not properly know how to do the microblading procedure. I work in the medical field and not only was her bedside manner unprofessional, she told me to arrive at 1:15 to administer the topical numbing gel. She then didn't start the procedure until almost 2:45. By that time the numbing gel had completely worn off, probably 30 minutes prior. When she began I told her the pain was intense and I could feel everything!!! It was really bad!! She then told me "because of time I can't give you more". I did nothing to hold up this procedure, it was all her. And that was her response to me. Then, when she finished hours later I left. Now... my eyebrows are not even done right!! It's so terrible. I went in for a second opinion and the lady who knows how to do the procedure told me that she unfortunately didn't go quite deep enough so the ink didn't take ( Rachel's response to this when I asked at Day 10 was that it was my body rejecting it). This is not true. And, the shape is terrible. They both look completely different! I look like I should be in a circus. The second opinion also told me that the numbing gel shouldn't be put on until 20 minutes before. She also said that the shape should match. She had many other choice words and told me it's people like Rachel that give microblading such a bad name. Which I now see is true. Overall, my eyebrows look horrible and I now have to pay for the procedure again. Not counting my doctors visit I had to make because of the procedure. And Rachel's $40 tip I left her. When I reached out to Rachel she told me I was an adult and I took a risk and it's my responsibility. Then refused to refund me even though this was clearly her error. She also told me to never contact her again and to get a lawyer. So, if you ever aren't happy here, which you won't be, good luck having her help you find a resolution. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN!! She is unprofessional, does not take care for her microblading clients, and does not care about your results. She only cares about you paying for the procedure."
