"Pretty disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2021: even flying back from college in LA during my breaks to see Jewel. In May, I had to cancel as my hair hadn’t come in yet and actually never ended up coming. I told her I’d contact her when I get hair. I ended up starting a new job and having to purchase a new car, so I forgot about ordering more hair to get done until a bit ago. I go back to college soon and remembered I want my hair done. This hair came in and I decided to schedule an appointment. Instead of kindly asking me what happened last time, she decided to be accusatory and assume I got it done somewhere else and had the nerve to say “I remember what happened last time..” I feel so disrespected and sadden. Out of the many times I came to her within the past two years: she decided to take that one time and make it seem like I just cancel on her daily. So unfortunate as I really enjoyed getting my hair done by her. I guess I’ll just be going to a LA stylist from now on."
