"Terrible experience ever!! First of all, don’t buy their Groupon vouchers cos she will redeem your voucher and give you a run around for your refund that might make u waste your time and give up on your money cos of the stress she will give you…I don’t understand why you have a personal number as a business number and get mad when people text at “not your business time” -because someone might not be time conscious and u get so unprofessional with that while that’s your fault that u need to fix! at-least have a business number separate from your personal number so u don’t feel bothered by your customers. She then blocks your number when u try to ask for a refund after she has redeemed your voucher and texted u to tell u that Groupon has your voucher which is pretty weird I should have believed the reviews on here cos wheeew, y’all don’t have any good customer service and professionalism, which is very sad!!!"

"At first, staff seemed very accommodating. I had an emergency come up the day of the appointment and asked in advance of me cancelling whether there was availability to reschedule within the week, bearing in mind when I originally made the appointment there were many open slots. She assured me it was no problem. The next day she told me that there wasn’t availability for two months and stated that they weren’t happy with how I handled things. I followed up rescheduling, as I was leaving the area soon and she just stopped responding to me. Very unprofessionally handled the situation. It seemed as though rescheduling wasn’t a problem at the time I canceled, when clearly it was. The communication was very lacking."

"I bought 2 groupons for a hydrafacial. After having to reschedule the first one, they made me "redeem" the groupon and then stopped responding to me to get another appointment. I shrugged it off and gave them the benefit of the doubt. For the SECOND groupon, they wouldn't respond so I said I would have to report them for not responding. The owner called me yelling at me saying to not threaten her. When I KINDLY explained I only said that because I needed a response she said "okay. our next appointment is in 3 years" and hung up on me. I am baffled."
