"I love Bishops! Pyrah is my stylist and she is absolutely the best. She is caring and considerate in addition to being super talented. My hair always looks good when I leave. Gwendolyn does my son’s gorgeous curly hair and she does the best job with his hair. She gives him advice on how to care for it and style it. Every stylist in this place is friendly and extremely nice."

"Love the idea of this place. Great atmosphere inside with cool art. If you’re used to, (and really like) the super long hair appointments in done up salons, this probably isn’t your place. If you’re looking for something new with less frills? Absolutely. Unfortunately some miscommunication must have happened between and my stylist and me, as my hair is about 2-3 inches shorter than I requested. Not sure if they just over did it going after dead ends or hair they thought would be healthier shorter but I’m not a “hair is hair, it’ll grow back” person (which I told my stylist) so this has been pretty devastating to me - especially because I need to be able to put my hair up quickly for work and can no longer do so. I like that there’s a 7 day guarantee, but not sure how a stylist can give you back hair length that they’ve cut off. Bishops is definitely worth the try, just don’t feel pressured by how quickly they do things if you’re used to the opposite."

Now, Meagan has bleached and dyed some of my hair for red lowlights and highlights, and I'll be returning soon for my next appointment to further my hair plans in a few weeks.
