"The staff and the manager on duty last week, were hands down the worse employees I've ever had to deal with. The entire staff is off kilter. The furniture movers, ran into my family and myself and I was literally shoved into a corner because they were carrying a door or something outside. No excuse me, no going around the customers. I couldn't get back into shopping. I was disgusted to watch a volunteer, purposely harass a woman and her obviously autistic child. The worker followed this poor woman every place she went, and the volunteer would slam or set something in front of or directly next to the woman. I then watched in horror as the woman, having an attack of some kind, ask the volunteer if she'd or her son had done something wrong or,? Both the grey hair manager and vollenteer proceeded to attack the woman for not speaking to her son the way she would have herself. This woman, intaganized the mother, while mother is explaining she's having a panic attack due to the woman tormenting her because she was literally singled out because of her parenting? I think she was a kind, loving mom to her son and she doesn't have to let this go! Law suite and shut this place down!! I will NEVER come here again after that display! The other older woman, maybe the manager watched and smirked the entire time. This is the worse establishment I've ever seen. It should be closed down until those two woman are fired for obvious discrimination and I'm sure there is a law against the treatment and emotional distress the employee put this woman through. She was unkind to me and my husband and the opportunity to put back into my community was lost. The prices are so high and the atmosphere was horrified."

"Store was very neat! Great ideas! Staff was very rude here. Some items didn't have price stickers and they were trying to accused the customer took them off. When the customer was buying tons of items. One sticker items. Some stickers don't stay on certain items. Was very upset with how they handle it. Staff also didn't like when customers were shopping and they were putting items on the sale floor. I watched how rude they were. Store is cute but staff has ruin it. I don't recommend."

"not only are many of the prices in the store way over price for a second hand store but they don't even honor the prices that the items are marked at. there were multiple boxes of small light bulbs on the shelf many of the boxes had written on them $0.25 each. When I get to the counter she wants twice as much even after I told her the boxes were marked $0.25 each. Charity or no charity that's just bad business. UPDATE: I did call and speak to the assistant manager later, who honored the price they were marked at. She was also very pleasant and friendly, unlike the clerk who would not honor the price."

"New, large location. Directly across from Tillamook Cheese Factory. Huge variety of merchandise, from clothing to many many kitchen sinks! Prices range from delightfully inexpensive to "you've got to be kidding" expensive."

"Lots of great stuff, some excellent prices, some things priced higher than new."
