"I first met Gem when her and her sister did hair and make up for my sisters wedding. The bridesmaids all had hair and makeup done. I went in personally today to have a haircut done by the beautiful Gem. And my god. I have never experienced such great work before. I’ve gone to cheap, average and expensive salons. And all have never gone above and beyond like Gem did for me. Not only is the salon absolutely stunning and clean. But Gem, doesn’t just do what you want. She asked me questions and answered the 20 questions I had about my hair and how to maintain my curls and keep my hair healthy. But she also cared to know me personally and showed care of me not as a client but as someone she actually cares to know. I’ve always experienced someone that just wanted to quickly cut my hair and get me off her chair. Not Gem! I enjoyed my time with her, she’s funny, sweet and absolutely outgoing and bubbly and that is my type of friend! It was my first time in over 5 years to get my hair done in a salon and she has earned herself a regular client with me. Thank you Gem so much!"
