"I don’t normally share horrible experiences however I was completely disappointed with this place. I came in asking for some acrylic nails to be taken off and for a gel French tip manicure. Mind you I’ve done this plenty of times and just wanted nice nails for my mom’s wedding. The lady sits me down and a man comes out to do my nails. He completely disagrees with what I want, which I told him that was his opinion but I wanted it. He then preceded to yell at me. I told him maybe I should just go somewhere else and he said “maybe so” so I walk out completely upset and the rest of the workers just sat there. Based off of that experience, I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone and have already told family to never go there. Horrible customer service!! Side note, I ended up going to Aurora nail salon and getting what I wanted with no fight from any worker and they look great,"

"Horrible. In the photos you’ll see The reference photo and the photos of what I got. Before we even started, I asked them if this was something that they were able to do and they said yeah 100%. We can do whatever you want . Clearly they cannot. My nails are lumpy, misshapen, and massive. They aren’t even close to what I asked for. And the entire time the guy that was doing my nails continued berating me about the dangers of having long nails, and that people shouldn’t get them. Don’t come here."

"Overall bad experience. I paid for three people to get their nails done and no one was happy. My sister wanted like a more drippy drop like design and she got sloppy messy tiger stripes. My friend got a simple French tip with color and the nails were thick and uneven but the nail tech refused to fix it. When I addressed the issues at checkout the girl argued with me with whole time until the owner told her to discount it."

"So I took my girls to get their nails done. The hours read til 7pm but they said they closed at 6. They were kind enough to do acrylic and gel. They were polite and gentle. However fast and according to my oldest seemed to skip a few steps. The quality of their work showed in just 3 days when the gel started to chip on my youngest and a day later my oldest had one fall off in her sleep. I called the store and they were apologetic and welcomed them to return and fix them. The pictures show within a few days after the same person fixed her acrylics and my youngest gel. I am so disappointed. My oldest paid for her own and even tipped her 20$ the first time. 90$ for her set to not even last a week in total. She refused to go back a 3rd time. My youngest cost 40$. If the owners see this please make sure that the quality work is being done for the amount it costs. If the time isn't sufficient to do it right please don't welcome a customer to sit. Again the two staff members were polite and gentle but the quality is not worth to return for any future services."

"DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SHAMED IN FRONT OF THE STORE. Believe the other bad reviews. I went here for a mani-pedi outing with my mother and had a very spotty gel job which became evident the moment I stepped into the sunlight. I call asking if they can fix it, then once I get to the store, the owner shames me in front of the other customers, saying "you must have ADD to have these problems. I have 2 children and don't need to deal with a third, so never come back". I received a $25 refund even though we gave a $25 tip... and was humiliated in front of the store after having already asked ahead of time if they would fix it. When I do my own nails, they're never as splotchy as this. 1. Do your job. 2. Don't lie to someone about fixing things just to get the chance to humiliate them. 3. Don't infantilize customers and say they have mental problems since you can't do your job correctly. Absolutely horrible experience all around. I hope more people believe the 1 star reviews because this place is an absolute nightmare."
