"When I walked in, immediately the staff was on their phone on FaceTime. She was so distracted she didn’t put my order in correctly. I ordered 2 CARNE ASADA burritos, typical , and some Flautas. She didn’t even give me the option of shredded beef or chicken. My burritos had burnt shredded pork. And when she first handed me the bag it only hand one burrito in it. SMH. Waited for my other burrito and left. The horchata wasn’t right at all, the meat aside from being burnt was way over seasoned. I’ve been coming to the franchise for YEARS. Was so excited when the taco truck finally opened a restaurant. And I’ve never ever been more disappointed in their food."

"Literally the worst mexican food around. We ordered 2 breakfast plates and a bowl of menudo and 2 fountain drinks. Our first total was $55... that's right, the 1st total. Then the menudo came out and didn't have hominy in it so we asked for it. The menu said it's included and it wasn't. So, we asked for it. She brought out a bowl with maybe 3 spoonfuls of hominy in it... disappointing. I tried to eat the menudo but the tripas was horrible. Rubbery, slimey, not well cooked. Tasted microwaved. However, being a good customer, I decided to not eat it but pay for the additional hominy. This cashier charged me for another bowl of large menudo! . . . I guess they know they suck and needed to make money somewhere... never again. Definitely stay away from this place. Go to Toritos on State for the best tacos. Js. What a waste of $70."

"I ordered food and they put MOLD an entire strip of it across the beans. When I called to confront them all that was said in an EXTREMELY monotone voice was “Oh sorry, have a good day.” Then they HUNG up the phone. When I called back they answered then hung up on me AGAIN. They had ZERO remorse for feeding someone actual MOLD. Mind you I thought it was cheese so I took a massive bite."
