"Please stop interrupting me and asking me every single piece of food if I want to add extra this and when I say no ask if I was want extra that. You are in a customer service industry and even if it’s coming from corporate, you are making food painful which means we as customers will go elsewhere. Lastly, if you are going to ask if I want any sauces, how about you actually put it in the bag. It’s been theee times now that it’s not there even though you asked. I’d prefer to ask for them at the window where I can actually have someone give them to me. TL;DR: You are annoying and harassing your customers over extra cream, extra beef, etc to the point that the 10.00 a day you actually make from someone saying yes isn’t worth disenfranchising the majority of your customers. One of the weirder and worst business decisions I have ever seen made by a company. I would loved to have sat in on the board meeting where someone suggesting harassing and driving your customers crazy so that they’d love you more. Defies logic."

"Cheese dip was only about 25% full, missing tomatoes on my taco supreme, and had about a 30min wait for my two things."

"Went ordered my food custom. Got it with what I didn't order. Didn't notice until I was all the way home. I ordered through the app and verified my order at the window. Told them it was a special order. Still got messed up on 2 of 3 items"

"I gave this Taco Bell four stars because the bathroom isn’t immediately accessible (it requires a code) and they were out of Fire Sauce. I was able to get a few packets that someone left behind on their table, but none were available next to the fountain drinks. The inside temperature was comfortable, there was plenty of parking, the restaurant was clean, and the staff got my food to me quickly."
