"Today was my first appointment with Lan. When I stepped into the salon, she immediately knew who I was from my phone call. I was welcomed by her warmth and smile. There were 5-6 persons ahead of me, but the time went quickly as Lan spoke to all in the salon and it was easy to see they were return clients. That made me feel good. There is a friendly atmosphere in the salon and Lan takes the time to meet each client's needs. Her talent with a scissors is unbelievable. I asked her to use her judgment and I was thrilled with the cut. The price is unexpectedly low for such talent and I eagerly look forward to my next appointment for color, highlights, and style. I want to fit her in to my weekly schedule. I was a "happy camper", when I left. Lan is amazing!"
