"Horrible nail salon. These are my nail the next day. Mind you I went later in the evening and this is what I woke up to. The older lady messed up my nails. Cut them to the meat when they were already short, all she had to do is shape them with a filer. I don’t know what she did to my cuticles because this mess is horrible. My toes were badly painted, again cut too short and had polish all over the skin. Whoever runs that place needs to drop the lady because nail is not her art. I wouldn’t recommend spending any money here. I hate to give a bed review but these days of time , no one has the time or money to be wasting especially when they already over charge."

"THIS Place is SOOO Horrible!!!! They are so bad at doing nail My friend and I spent 175 there yesterday and on our way home we looked close to the nails and they were horrible ...If I wasn't just passing through to go home to Kitsap and and had time I would have told you went back and got my money I'm probably going to go in there and complain in the next day or two because I cannot believe I switch that much money for garage nails. It's my bad for not going directly back in but as a time we were both in a hurry to get home and we wanted to miss traffic but they will be hearing from you."

"I got dip on my natural nail. My nails are short. The lady did my nails very thick and was messy and got polish on my skin and missed spots on my nails. I would have rather the tech insist I try another service if she didn’t think she could do a good job on my short nails with dip. But she acted confident and proceeded and I don’t like them"

"I’m pretty sure Lauren did my nails. I came in with acrylics that a salon in Florida did for me. It was over a month since I had them done. The gel still hadn’t chipped but my nails were just too long. I needed a fill. I wanted white tips this time. I had paid $35 for a full set gel polish acrylics in Florida. Lauren said $40 for a fill or $30 if I didn’t want a color change. I thought that meant she would apply the same color gel that I had before. She removed my existing acrylic color and clipped my nails shorter. She filed down the top of my pointer finger nail way too much so it’s lumpy. She proceed to apply a clear gel polish without having me wash all the dust off my hands. By the time she was creating the white tip, I was confused because I could see the old acrylic through the clear nail polish and I was worried the dust would make the nail polish chip. I just never had a fill before so I didn’t know the process. I told her right away that I didn’t want clear because it’s ugly and shows my messed up nail beds. I said that I thought she would paint on a similar pink color like I came in with. I didn’t even mention the lumpy nail. She made up some excuses and just stared at me. I had my baby with me so I had to go but I was very sad because $30 is a lot to waste on bad nails. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to give a tip since I was paying with card. I’m so shocked that she knew she didn’t give me what she promised or what I wanted, yet she still expected a tip. Most disappointing is that within a day, my middle finger chipped a lot. Today (the second day) my thumb chipped. All the nail edges look wavy as if they’re 2 weeks old. So disappointed. Never going there again. worst mani ever. I called today when my nails chipped but they just picked up the phone so I could hear people in the background but no one spoke to me."
