"Tacos came with no cilantro or onion even though I asked for it and the lengua and cabeza where decent quality but poor taste, not much flavor even after using the thin pieces of lime and the green salsa."

Possibly 1/2 tsp of crab somewhere in it. $32.00 don’t recommend Expensive drinks $300.00 for 2 drinks and 3 shared plates. Wonderful on a sunny day"

"This is a food truck that serves fabulous Mexican fare that tastes like the real stuff from a real Mexican restaurant. The food is fresh. Is made at the time of ordering. Large portions. Here's a clue for finding a good Mexican food joint: if it has a line of Hispanic people outside, it's probably pretty good. I had a Daily Special plate that was 3 soft tacos, beans and rice that also included a can of soda. Upon opening the food bag, encased in plastic bags were fresh veggies, cups of hot sauce, nice napkins, and of course, plastic ware. Oh yes, lime and lemon slices. And a fresh pepper of some type. I also ordered the Super Burrito and, you guessed it...it was SUPER. Super huge and super tasty. There is no holding back on anything. The Super Burrito is packed. Tacos El Encanto is not Taco Bell or some chain restaurant with nice windows; this place serves Genuine Real Food. It is a hidden gem. This is a place (well, a truck) that I'll definitely be returning."

"The worst cabeza taco I have ever had, the meat was clumpy, hard and strangely sweet. The lengua was unremarkable The quesobirria was okay, a decent tortilla on that but not worth the experience."
