"I wanted to like this place, it’s new and pretty but unfortunately my experience ended there. I am glad for the folks that have had an enjoyable time here and I wish I could have had one too. I came in for a pedicure and everything was going well until my nail tech started trying for my ingrowns. I have had many pedicures and am prone to ingrowns so I am used to digging. My tech, however, dug in and took away skin that didn’t need to be taken away and in turn, my toe started bleeding. It didn’t feel normal compared to services at previous salons, not to mention it hurt very much. She did apologize but I was left in pain for the rest of the service and was ready to leave. Fast forward, two days later. My toe is swollen and I am constantly using peroxide as to not incur any type of infection. I cannot in good conscience come back here and hope this never happens to anyone else."

"A soft Valentines pink set this time around. David did a marvelous job. He fixed the last person's mistake from the last set I got done at a different salon. Love going here. I live in Seattle but would always make the drive to come here because this place has the best ppl and best work for a reasonal price highly recommend Nova Nail Lounge!"

"Love this Salon! It has been a while since I had my nails done but I have been coming back every two weeks for the past few months to get my nails redone. I always see Teresa for my fill with acrylic and shellac polish. Teresa does a great job on my designs and my nail shape. I also love that they have lime and cherry Slushy and I always look forward to having one during my service. This is by far my favorite salon to go to, having tried several others years in the past."
