"Stopped for a quick tire mounting and balance. The wheel was scratched inside, the tire installed an opposite way (inwards on the outside). Did not want to balance the tire after all, inflated to 45 psi. Never do any business there."

"I’ve dealt with them a few times and they will never balance your tires after they install them on the wheel. I have to stay there and make sure they do it. the last time I bought a complete set for $800 installed they didn’t want to do a Tire balance and my car shakes at 65 miles an hour on the freeway. These people are jokes, maybe if I was Latin they would treat me right I don’t know but this place is garbage don’t go there. There are tons of places that do good work near this location."

"Was charged for patching tires, did not patch (they kept deflating). Went back, they said they patched, again did not, overfilled tires to 40+psi when needed was 32. Installed the tires wrong. Interior and exterior sides switched. Went to another tire shop, they could not find any patches and actually did all the patches. Increase price when I arrived."

Despite scheduling an appointment, I ended up waiting for an unreasonably long time before my vehicle was even looked at. It seemed as if they had forgotten about my appointment altogether. When they finally got around to working on my car, the technicians were careless and seemed to rush through the process. As a result, my tires were not properly balanced, and I experienced vibrations while driving. To make matters worse, when I returned to the shop to address the issue, the staff showed a complete lack of accountability. They denied any wrongdoing and tried to shift the blame onto me. It was frustrating and disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and integrity. Additionally, their pricing was outrageously high for the level of service provided. Not only did I receive subpar service, but I also felt like I was being taken advantage of financially. There was no transparency in their pricing structure, and hidden fees were added to my bill without any explanation. Overall, my experience at this tire shop was an absolute nightmare. The uninterested staff, poor service quality, lack of accountability, and exorbitant pricing all contribute to my strong recommendation to avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options available where you can find competent staff who prioritize customer satisfaction and provide reliable service."
