"The service received from this store was amazing. We have been searching for a bike for a while. I found on on the website and there was an option to buy it or reserve it. Since I didn’t know my size I reserved it. Within and hour or so I received a call to let me know they got the reservation and that the bike was still in the box they would build it and call me when it was complete. A couple hours later they called to let me know it was ready for pick up. When we got to the store we were greeted and invited in. The bike set aside for us, so they went and got it so I was able to try it out and make sure it fit. They guy offered accessories and once I chose them he had them installed for me while he completed my the online bike registration and ringing up the transaction. He made sure we didn’t have any other questions. This is truly a full service store and the customer service from start to finish was awesome. "The staff are VERY knowledgeable, if you make a purchase with your bike in shop, they will install the parts on the spot and explain the benefits compared to the other similar parts. They have a variety of top quality items, (you will pay for that quality so if you're looking to buy on a budget keep that in mind). The helmet I bought comes with a free 1 year crash warranty, has magnetic chin straps, a gopro attachment, and is very lightweight! I will definitely be coming back here for all my biking needs!
