"Initial review was back in April. I’ve been going back consistently the past 7 months for the friendly staff and great designs, but after today I will not be coming back. Called yesterday to make an appointment and was told to come at 10:15. Showed up on time for the salon to be closed, waited in the rain for a bit but no one showed up. I was willing to look past some previous issues (bled in 4 places in one manicure appointment, nails breaking early, etc.) but unfortunately this is my last straw. I’m sad since I did really like this salon but I will be looking for a new one with cheaper prices and a more reliable booking system. April review: Had a great experience at Perfection! They were able to fit me in day of, has a great ambience (such as offering something to drink and playing music), and Vee was very patient with what I wanted for nail design. They all juggle many customers and taking calls, I was impressed at their efficiency. Been looking for a new regular nail place and I will definitely be back!"

"I love this spot. I've officially lived in Seattle for more than a year and I've been coming in to get my dip nails monthly. Something to note: They are a small shop. (3 chairs for manis/and 3 for pedis). So try to make an appointment or just call ahead when you can. The women here are super friendly and attentive. They are always up to play with the designs on my nails. I added a few photos for example. Everyone here is able to help you look your best. Thanks for everything ladies! Can't wait to come back!"

"I have gotten my nails done here many times and have had a great experience each time! The nail techs are super friendly and accommodating and do amazing nail art :) I am always satisfied with my nails after! I have tried gel and dipping powder and have gotten manicures and pedicures; would recommend all of it ;) make sure to make a reservation ahead of time since it can get busy, and it’s a small salon."
