"I like the shoes I ended up with. I can’t say I’ll be a loyal customer of this business. I felt like they tried to upsell me with things I wasn’t there for - socks, insoles. Just say “do you need anything else today?” I’m a grownup. I know if I need socks. The other thing is - in order to be able to return the shoes I had to buy their VIP plan. They don’t guarantee their shoes? I have to pay additional for that? Lots of running stores fit you for the type of shoe best for you. I’ll probably find another one next time I’m shopping."

"The sales woman signed me up for their VIP program which costs $20 and renews annually for $49 without saying a word about it. I noticed on my receipt when I had already gotten home. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and originally thought she must’ve done it by accident because she seemed so nice and not like she’d do something so shady. But the more I thought about it, the more I think there’s no way she couldn’t have known what she was doing. I even questioned the price when she rang me up because I thought the shoes were cheaper. If it had truly been a mistake I think she would’ve caught it then. Please beware!!"
