"So I came here once for a haircut and it was ok but my hair was left a little to long on the top. So I decided I would go back and give the owner Teresa another shot. She seemed nice. I went and got another haircut and shampoo and paid $15 plus a $5 tip. I then drove home we’re my wife noticed I was bleeding and had been cut and was missing a large section of my hair! My mom owned a hair salon for 28 years and I have never seen any hairdresser make a mistake like this. I called the owner the next morning and told her what had happened. I explained who I was and she said she didn’t remember me and to come in and show her. So I went back and showed her the mistake. She got hostile right away and extremely un-professional with us! Yelling and basically telling us we were wrong. She claimed it was there forever like I didnt know what I look like it about a birthmark,lol. However we had photographs from old haircuts and the days previous showing it wasn’t there. She then called over an employee of hers who literally came up and laughed at us shaming us out of the store. This was the most unprofessional I have ever been treated by any business. By far the worst haircut of my life for sure. Warning due not go to this place ever. All she had to due was admit her mistake I could of lived with that."
