"I ordered a jacket and it was too small. I sent it back. After a short conversation they agreed to send me the correct size. The owner reached out to me directly and addressed all of my concerns. Great company and a great product."

"Good product, but customer service can be improve. One of the first times I contacted them I asked them if it was possible for them to add a hood to protect from the rain to their coat "the sport" they never answered that question... To me a simple no would have been perfect. So anyway I order a shepra and also a "the sport" replacememnt clothing. The 2 in the same size (the measurements displayed on their website were the same for the 2 products) Once the order has been received, the shepra fits me perfectly but the "the sport" do not, it was way to small, despite that the measurements indicated are the same for the 2 products in the size that I took. I contacted them to mention that it is not normal that one fits me perfectly and the other which indicates the same measurements does not fits me ... Their response was that I should have taken measurements (which I did) so for them it was my fault! So I end up with a ''the sport'' that doesn't fit me, I've thought about making a credit card dispute, but it wasn't worth the time. Do not rely on the measurements on their website all products display the same sizing chart but it is clearly not the same for all products once received. A few days ago I emailed them asking a question about their ultralight 3A pannel and got a response, but no response to my additional question prior the purchase."

"They Lie alot!!! Terrible customer service that is flat out disrespectful when you can finally get a hold of them, even if you follow the sizing chart exactly they blame you and you have to pay for an exchange, if you tell them they should cover shipping since its their mistake they responded saying they will cancel the order and issue a gift card so you can start the process over again. They screen their reviews on their site, so any negative reviews dont get posted. They claim its made in the USA, but maybe 10% of it is made in the US (if they actually even make the panels) and the jacket and hoodie themselves say 100% cotton and made in Honduras. i dont normally go out of my way to leave negative reviews, but this is the worse company i have ever done business with and people should stay away from their shady practices."
