"lack of good customer service. Employees will snatch receipts out of your hand and accuse paying customers of stealing. Plus why have self check out if you have to go to a separate line to have your items checked. Just rude employees and disrespectful to accuse good paying customers of theft."

"This Ross is NOT the Ross I shop on a regular bases. But we were in the area so we stopped in around 6:00 pm. Went to check out when an employee with a security vest on yelled from the front of the store, "how are paying with card"? I yell back, "yes" and was advised to use self check out while the 3 employees are standing around talking among them selves. Normally, I don't mind if I had just a couple of items. But NO I had perfume in a locked boxes, shoes and 4 tops which all has an anti theft tags on them. So, it just make more sense to have them check me out and would be more time efficient as they have to touch each item to remove boxes and tags. I got irritated as they continue to gab instead of checking customers out. Cashier knew I was pissed and called me out on it and was cussing at me in front of my niece and other customers. Plus the way she was talking has no place working with the public. The other cashier made a comment "no way in hell would she wait on me" and she that get paid either way doing nothing, standing and talking that she ain't sweating it. As I was walking out they were too busy telling customers about my attitude and was not a paying attention to what they were doing so the customer behind me had a tag left on their merchandise which set off the alarm. Needles to say they were very unprofessional and should be terminated for the foul language and attitudes, plus the lack of customer service.. I won't be back!! I will file a report with corporate. Not waste my time with store manage. From viewing previous reviews it appears that the manager can't be bother with customers complaints."

"This is not the store I usually go to when I do go, but it was one of the cleaner Ross stores I have been to. It's pretty big and lots to choose from. The cashier did shove a newborn knit blanket in with hangers (that I now need to swap if they have any more because it is Super cute and we have a brand new grandson), but other than that, decent experience at this store."

"One of the Ross that was really well organized… The shoe section had plenty of different brands to select from. Lines were not long at check out."
