"Didn't get her name but our stylist was awesome. nephew said he would rate her a ten if we could. She was only one of two stylists working other 4 had called out. went in at end of day and she was so friendly even after having such a long day. I will definitely be back to have mine done."

"I have been coming to Great Clips for years. The hairstylist was very pleasant but the last two times I have had to cut something when I got home. I am pretty much done with Great Clips. There were men getting haircuts when I was in. They were not very busy, which was a huge red light for me."

"I have gotten my hair cut here for years. I get it cut into a simple bob and it’s always great. The girl who cut my hair last must’ve been blind or something. My bob was two inches shorter in the front than in the back. I told her it was the worst haircut I have ever had and started crying. One of the other girls helped fix it a bit for me, but it’s still going to take me a year to grow this out. This lady should not be allowed to work here. She had glasses on and worked towards the back. I’m still in shock and my confidence is shattered."

"The gal who cut my hair took no longer than five minutes and it was bad, VERY BAD. Dont be in such a hurry if you arent that good at your job. I got a fade and it is truly one of the worst haircut's I have ever had. No blending, big ugly line. Cut not evenly. I dont care what you got going on , that is unacceptable. She was quiet I can deal with that, her being bad at haircuts, I do not appreciate. LEARN HOW TO CUT HAIR. This might be one bad apple, but I aint taking that plunge again. Nothing pisses me off more than a bad haircut (only happened a couple times in my life)"

"My hair was chin level. At 74 years old, I needed a new do. By the luck of the draw, I got the woman with the long blond hair. Never have I had such a horrible cut! I could have done a better butcher job on my hair myself. The back is longer. I am mortified that a 'stylist' would think this was acceptable! I only wished I had known how bad it was before I left this establishment. NEVER again!!!!"
