"We recently changed insurance plans & discovered that our longtime family dentist is unfortunately not part of the required network...DOH! Turns out that Beaverton TenderCare IS in network, so we decided to give them a try. April at the front desk was extremely helpful & had us setup with initial appts in no time - I was even able to pull in my checkup by a couple of months due to an issue I was having. Could not have been more impressed during my first visit - the entire staff is SO friendly & focused on ensuring patient comfort & taking the time to explain everything, as necessary. It's also nice to work with a business that embraces technology advances where it can actually improve treatment quality (e.g. dental imaging, scaling) and the patient experience (SMS, online forms) and not just the bottom-line...well done, BTC!"
