"I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I wanted to order flowers for my friend’s bday. Overall, Williams Flowers had good reviews, so I decided to order from them. I placed my order online and communication via email was quick and efficient. They notified me that some flowers weren’t available, and if it was okay to do substitutions. No problem, this happens with flowers. They took a photo of the flowers that were to be sent out to show me. The flowers looked vibrant and bright. Everything went downhill after this. My friend received flowers that were dry and had many visible brown petals. It looked like the flowers hadn’t been watered in 4 days. My friend was happy to have gotten the flowers but I was horrified and embarrassed that I had just sent her near dead flowers. I kindly reached out via email to Williams Flowers, giving feedback that I was disappointed, also attached photos showing the flowers that had been delivered. They didn’t email back, I waited two days and emailed them again, giving them another chance to make it right. Again, no response. They don’t care about their customers, and yes they made one sale but I will never order from them again nor will I be recommending this shop. They are very short sighted and you’ve lost me as a customer! I’m attaching photos, the first photo is the arrangement the shop sent to me. The last three photos are photos of the flowers that were delivered to my friend. Let me be clear, this was the day the flowers were delivered."

"I can’t even give a 1 star for this place. The 1st order was dead and the vase was bone dry. See the first 4 pictures. I called to complain and they stated a new arrangement would be sent once new flowers arrived. The 2nd arrangement was worse than the 1st. See last 4 pictures. Even the delivery woman told my mom she wouldn’t receive the flowers delivered. The only good experience was they refunded my money. My mom received dead flowers 2 times for Mother’s Day."
