"I want to start by saying Dr Russell and his assistant were awesome. Very professional and fun at the same time. My issue is the quoting and billing area. I was initially quoted $992 on 12/12/24. When I arrived they wanted to have me sign a document that was now for $1538 for same services (core buildup, crown, crown seat, and periapical-first film). All on tooth 13. After discussion with office, they adjusted the price to $1147. Still a lot more than the $992. When I left, I was given a bill for $1420. However, it's for a crown on tooth 3, periapical-first film) AND pulp cap - indirect on tooth 13 The additional Nitrous oxide was my choice $44. This confusing and frustrating for a person on a fixed income. Why did the price change so much?"

"I had a new hygienist, Alec, in place of Heather who is gentle, yet does a fabulous cleaning. I have sensitive areas so that I am very particular about the hygienist that works on my teeth and gums. Alec was very kind and personable while doing a great job so that I fully trust him for future appointments."
