"My normal nail person was booked for the day so i called around and ended up here at Ocean Nails. Worst mistake ever, should’ve just waited. They were rough and choppy with my hands. After they cut my cuticles horribly and filed my nails i was told not to wash my hands. I’ve never been anywhere that has told me “NO” to washing my hands before applying gel polish. There was cuticle and other small stuff all over my hands so i asked for a sink to wash my hands since no one told me to and they replied with “NO”. I was not happy after that point since the small items stayed on my nails under the clear polish leaving bumps and black dots that they had to attempt cover repeatedly. During the polish application there was mess everywhere. You can see in the attached pictures of how much they missed the sides of my nails by a lot. It also looks cracky and uneven from the brush being used incorrectly to clean it up. Every time they tried to fix they’re mistakes it ended up messing my nails up more. My right hand thumb nail is soooo lumpy. I tried to pay and leave continuously and they were aware but insisted they try to fix. There was two people working on my nails trying to correct all the issues including little black hairs stuck all over the white polish. Very unhappy with what they consider doing nails since it’s not cheap and wasted hours of my time. Do not recommend coming here."

"me and my mom did a walk in and they had my nails done within 20 minutes but once it was my moms turn they had her waiting for 2 hours. nobody came to help us till we complained. the man who was doing my nails originally left us to do another lady and while my mom was getting her nails done he did 3 other people. keep in mind my mom got a short nail set with one solid color and it took 2 hours, never going here AGAIN"

"My kiddo and I got our nails done yesterday. Staff was super nice and friendly. We were happy with the actual nails. However, we both left with cuts on our hands. Our cuticles were not in the best shape which is on us, but you can see in the picture where she sliced my finger with the nail file. She didn't throw the file away afterwards, even though the cut was bleeding."

"I came in for a clear manicure and my nails turned out so cute! They had a huge variety of stickers to choose from and would greatly suit kids (some Disney or cartoon themed stickers). Did I mention they have free drinks? I absolutely love the Vietnamese iced coffee they serve!!! I will definitely come back."
