"I got a French manicure here last week. The staff were initially friendly. There were only a couple of clients in the shop when I arrived and they took me right in which was nice. I paid them $60 including tip before leaving. The problem started a couple of days later when the white tips began chipping off. I was on vacation out of state but returned exactly a week later to explain to them the problem and they fixed the 7 chipped fingernails. When I got up to leave, they told me it would be $30! I reminded them that the manicure was only a week old and chipped off. The owner told me I should have called the day they began to chip. Then she told me that the cost would be $20. I have never had my nails chip like this so soon after a manicure and because of their poor customer service, and not standing behind their service, I will not be returning . I ended up paying $80 for a sloppy manicure. UPDATE: The picture attached is 4 days AFTER they “fixed” the chipped nails the SECOND time."

"This place is a joke me n my girls went in there n there was two workers the lady hurt both my girls hands n plus she was on the phone talk in there own language almost the whole time n when she wasn't on the phone both the workers was talking to each other in there language my girls n I felt that they was talking bad about us"

"My middle nail on my right side has already came off on its own and underneath the nail it's bleeding. Also not to mention I got Christmas nails and there were bubbles in the polish. Also she didn't do a very good job putting the initial S on there it's uneven"

"Assault!! This horrible place didn't have the time to soak my daughters nails to remove her acrylics. Even though the appointment was booked in advance and left her in tears by the third nail. And then insulted her for walking out with out paying . And for being the last customer of the day. After breaking her down in tears from the pain of trying to snap them off! She mentioned that soaking at this step was the previous experience. But the the nail tech Sophia Mon ( Owner?!) said repedately , there was no time for that. Even though an hour was booked. She left my daughter in pain and in tears. And didn't bother to try and make it right when my daughter said she was in pain. And that maybe not hurting her was better then running out if time?! Stay sway! We will be filing a lawsuit. I suggest you save your money and your fingers!! Jesus Christ!"

"I gave this place a second chance, and I’m glad I did. I tried this business once years ago when I moved down here and I hated the way they turned out. My usual salon is closed and I needed a good fill and shaping BAD. I’m SO happy with my nails now. The last place I went to did me dirty, and she completely revamped them and made them beautiful again. I’m not sure what’s with all the negative reviews because my experience was wonderful! They’re beautiful!!!"
