"Came in here years ago for a dental cleaning. They charged me $1320.50 for a cleaning and check-up. I had already paid out of pocket $ 250. So, a total of $1600 for a checkup and cleaning? They did not bill my dental insurance properly and then turned around and sued me for a mistake on their end that was not communicated to me. I expect the billing department to know and correctly inform and have record of their patients' explanation of benefits and all costs. They failed in every way."

"Overpriced and unprofessional! Even with my full Coverage covered insurance I got charged an insane amount for a simple cleaning out of my own pocket. A partial cleaning that wasn’t even finished. The bill they sent me came as a shock because before proceeding with any treatment I asked them multiple times “am I fully covered” and they assured me over and over that I was and I would not pay anything out of pocket. Which ended up being a lie because not only did they charge me through my insurance but they also sent me a bill! And Halfway through the cleaning they stopped, and told me I’d have to come back at another time to finish. So they didn’t even finish the cleaning and they still billed me the full amount!! I use to take my kids to this dentist. But after them trying to scam me over and over, none of us are going back!! If you don’t want to get ripped off for a poorly done service, I’d recommend going to any other dentist besides them. After leaving them and transferring over to another dentist, I’ve really been able to see just how terribly this office treats their clients! BE WARNED!"
