"Taking my business elsewhere—this place has become incredibly scammy! I had an appointment with a dentist I haven't seen before. Despite arriving 30 minutes early, I was forced to wait for nearly 1.5 hours. This was my first appointment with dental insurance, and I was shocked to be hit with almost $400 out of pocket. What's more, the same services I had paid for without insurance cost less! The service itself felt unnecessary, and my gums were worse off after the appointment, taking longer to recover. To make matters worse, I was surprise billed an additional $50 almost two months after the appointment."

"As soon as I stepped into the waiting room, I knew something was exceptional about this place! Belle, the dental assistant was super caring and knowledgeable during my check in and x-rays making sure to get it done quickly and making as painless as possible. Shandele was also very kind and explained all the costs in depth and made sure nothing was a surprise for me. Dr.Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was needed for me to have a healthy mouth without over complicating it. Finally Julie was a fantastic hygienist! Honestly the best dentist experience I had in over 4 years. I cannot recommend these people enough!"

"I've had enough. Past visits were fine, no big issues but nothing amazing. Pricey. But today was the last straw. I had an appointment that I was told would be 45 minutes take 2.5 hours, that they were 30 minutes late for; they called me and told me to show up at 2:30, and didn't get called from waiting until 3. It cost over $1k after everything was said and done (after insurance), they wouldn't take anything off for any of the issues. The same procedure at my last dentist was $300 less. They also allowed water to pour out of my mouth during the procedure down my neck and into my shirt, and only stopped after I choked on it, but made no apologies. They told me that the crowns were same day but I had to come back and still got charged for "same day" because THEY didn't get started on the crown in time. I had to cancel meetings, and they had the gall to ask me if I had any "big plans for the day" at 5:30pm after they literally ruined them. I also was made to sit and wait over an hour for them to make the crown in-house, during which I asked for timing and they said I'd be done at 4:50, but I didn't get to leave until 5:30. None of this would have been an issue if they had set correct expectations. I planned my day around the expectations THEY gave me, and they still let me down. I'm going elsewhere from now on. The people are nice enough but this business is run incredibly poorly."

"I've been going here for multiple years and never had any issues. Feel like they are getting more efficient recently - my last visit I hardly waited in the waiting room and then my cleaning took less than 45 min. My hygienist Sarah Belle was thorough yet gentle. I've been satisfied so I've keep staying here. Only issue is that sometimes hard to reschedule appointments since they seem pretty busy."
