"I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero. I waited with my son and husband who were both signed up for haircuts. There were 2 people in front of us and the wait was about an hour. She came out and said she was ready so I put my husbands wheelchair together and am helping him transfer and this lady pokes her head out and yells with a nasty attitude “do you want a haircut or not?!”. I told her he is getting in his wheelchair and she looked livid that we were taking too long (MAYBE 10 seconds between saying she’s ready and then coming back out to yell). My husband was embarrassed and didn’t want to have service done there. She didn’t apologize for her behavior or show any empathy. Simply crossed his name off the list and called the next person. I have worked in customer service my whole life and this treatment and behavior is absolutely disgusting. IF YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND REQUIRES EXTRA TIME GETTING OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE, DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Terri is excellent. I have been to several over the last ten years. I enjoy a clean high and tight fade and she follows the contour of my head perfectly. Very pleased every time I visit. Good conversation, in a nice tidy environment with plenty of memorabilia on the walls to look at."
