"I've been going to Tower Dental (formerly Steven Prince DMD) for 40 years. I loved Dr Prince and he took great care of my teeth and my son's teeth since his birth (20 years old now). The entire staff felt like family and I always felt safe and trusting. When Dr. Prince retired, Dr Moua took over the practice - and I can confidently and proudly say that I am even more proud and grateful for Tower Dental's care for myself and my family. I've had my wisdom teeth extracted (at age 20), a couple fillings for cavities until age 40. Dr. Moua is an expert dentist, with deep medical knowledge, a thorough understanding of the latest technology and techniques, and a thoughtful empathetic and patient sense of each patient's needs. In my entire life, I've never had a doctor spend more than 10-20 minutes with me on my questions. When I ask Dr. Moua a question and I'm confused, worried or unsure of what to do - he takes whatever time I need. He explains everything in depth, in language and examples I can understand. And he treats every question like its a great question and an opportunity for me to learn about my body and my lifestyle. There have even been a couple occasions where he spent 30-45 minutes explaining and answering all my questions. I now compare every doctor I meet in life to Dr. Moua, and wish they treated me and all of their patients like Dr. Moua does. He sets the highest bar for care, and represents the best of a medical professional. In the last 5 years, I've learned more about my own body and unique issues and needs from Dr. Moua than from any other doctor in my life. Instead of just recommending unnecessary, expensive or complex procedures - he works step-by-step over each appointment, to improve my overall health through. He's trained me on breathing exercises, meditation, to help with my gag reflex and issues with flossing and brushing. He's helped me understand my own biology, which has helped me with swimming, running, and outdoor activities. My teeth are in the best condition of my adult life thanks to Dr. Moua - and without him, I can confidently say the costs of my dental care would be significantly higher, more complicated and more disruptive to my life as I age. I've now had 3 crowns done to my teeth, including 10-15 cleanings and preventative care appointments with Dr. Moua. With the crowns, I was in the dentist chair for 2-4 hours at a time. And I felt safe, comfortable and supremely well taken care of throughout. Dr. Moua and his staff are warm, funny, thoughtful, curious and always listen. The followup care was frequent and direct, the pain and discomfort very low to non-existent. And within hours or days, I felt better than ever. My now 2 year old daughter is also seeing Dr. Moua for her first dental checkups (3 appointments already) and she has no fear of the appointments, with Dr Moua's calm, friendly, and gentle demeanor. I am hopeful that she will have years of care with him. When you look for a dentist (or any doctor), you want the best care, a partner with your health and well-being, and someone you can trust to look out for you when life is easy, and reassuring when emergencies or unexpected problems show up. Dr. Moua and Tower Dental are the very best of health partners for me and my family. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. ps - the views of the Seattle Waterfront are spectacular from the dental office and always a treat for young and old. pps - very very public transportation friendly office. Less than a city, county and regional buses. And also less than a block from a central light rail station that can reach from Everett to Federal Way to Bellevue and Redmond."
