"Update : got a notice In the mail about them withdrawing being my dentist. Instead of reaching out over the phone they sent a letter to me. They didn’t provide me with the service that should have been provided and I’m still angry with how I was treated. I hope people understand that if you aren’t provided with the proper care, to please find another place that can provide the care that you need. I honestly have very mixed feelings about this place, felt the dentist was rude. Last dentist injured my jaw so I was looking for a new dentist to take better care of my dental health. They did tons of x-rays since I was a new patient. Then the dentist came in and examined my teeth and went over my paperwork and my allergies and tried to tell me that I wasn’t allergic to something that MY ACTUAL DOCTOR told me I was allergic to. You’re not an actual doctor who takes care of my health, it rubbed me the wrong way. Then they start messing with my jaw not explaining what they are doing and start rubbing your neck. You guys need to tell people you are going to rub peoples neck before you start making people uncomfortable. My teeth feel clean after my appointment but they sure were rough flossing. Had to tell them they are being rough and she eased up, didn’t even apologize and tried to tell me how it was suppose to be done when I had no problem with the dentist flossing my teeth 10 mins before. I know how to floss my teeth and what HURTS!!"
