"I went there once and they did a really nice job on my fingernails. It lasted about two weeks. I was trying to go back. But you constantly have to Chase them down to get an appointment Even though it was empty when I was in there when i went. There was only one other person and noone was walking in. It seems like they need the business. So I don't understand why we constantly have to keep calling them over and over to get in. When I went I had called and sent up an appointment. But they didn't seem to know when I wanted or who I was even though I had talked to the person already about what i wanted to do. They also didn't tell the full prices until you get to the end. And they seem disappointed in the tip that you leave. Even though it's written at the bottom what the recommendation should be. Also, it was distracting that 1 of the employees who I assume is. The owner kept telling her son who was working there that he needed to do this and that because his sister wasnt going to feel like it when she got to the shop. She kept talking to him over and over calling out to him as she cleaned nail polish bottles at one of the stations. it Didn't seem like he really wanted to be working there because he had to be told every single little thing to do. She was was constantly on him about helping to clean up things and helping to do things around the shop. And it was annoying to listen to the entire time. I didn't understand why they were using the open area where customers sit to talk about business matters when there was plenty of room in the back for them to be discussing business affairs instead of at the nail stations. Especially because nobody else was in there they could have went to the back while customers were trying to relax. Even though i live right up the street, I'm tired of chasing them for appointments and I think i'm just gonna go back to lynnwood to the place that I was going to before."

"Went in and got a full set of gels. Told them 3 times what I wanted, really basic. Was told no problem, wanted a black with glitter painted on the base. She ended up putting the glitter on the tips. My nails have jagged edges, they aren't painted all the way down on the sides. they are not all the same shape. $100! 100 for some busted looking nails. The drink I ordered had fruit flys in it. The prices you see advertised are "guidelines" they charged 18 to SHAPE the nail. This has always been a part of getting a basic gel set....im so confused. Literally like 4 add on charges for nothing special. I will not be returning. I ventured outside my normal nail tech thinking it would be a good time. Neeeeever again. Go literally. anywhere. else."

"I've been gone here several times since I live near by. My most recent experience they had 3 staff (2 plus the owner) working on a busy weekend day trying to cover about 8 clients. There was clearly not enough staff for what they had booked (everyone had appointments) which resulted in long wait times in the middle of the pedicure. Our pedicures took over 1.5 hours but half of that was just waiting time in the chair. They also started on new clients while we were sitting there waiting. Pedicures were decent! Unfortunately they need to better handle booking and staffing before I would return here."

"Nails looked great at the end but… I was stabbed, it was purely an accident and I understand that accidents happen however they didn’t try to get the blood off of my finger and instead applied the polish and sealant overtop of the blood, the blood on my nails were still there despite having tried to wash it off. Not very relaxing and started to peel within two hours. (I did get gel nails so I understand that they do not last as long as acrylic nails)"

"I've had my nails done here several times over the last few years. I love every thing they've done. Tiffeny and Lin are absolutely fantastic. This time I decided to go with ink on top of gel and it came out amazing see my attached photo. It's extra but when you're going in to have some special nails why not treat yourself? They offer a small drink menu alcoholic and non-alcoholic. And their hot chocolate is amazing. You don't need an appointment, but it does help as walk-ins can make it a little busier. Edit: As always Tiffeny and Lin are awesome! I was in again and they made me feel so pretty. And my feet feel so good."
