"I have come here a few times and gotten some pretty cool sets done. I went back today to get my nails done in a design they have already done beautifully for me as shown in the first pic. I paid $65 for a full set and the design. As you can see they didn't execute the design properly in the second pic which it happens sometimes but I was charged $50 (including a $10 discount they said) for the design on my own nails with just gel polish! Needless to say I wasn’t impressed with the price jump and dishonesty when it came my nail techs capabilities with the design. Will not be back!"

"Really bad pedicure. Stopped going to Happy Nails awhile ago because of poor customer service and being rushed through but thought I'd give them another chance. Very disappointing to say the least. Toes were left really dirty and cuticles/skin not cleaned up. Polish (gel) was uneven and soppy. Foot/leg massage was all of 90 seconds with no effort. The technician only did callous smoothing on one foot and I had to remind her to do the other and she was incomplete with it and left one heel torn up. Pics posted are immediately following the service, same day. A $43 pedi should not look or feel like this!"

"I don’t know the lady who did my nails but she was very nice and made sure to get the correct length, shape and color because she repainted them 3 times while others usually do 2!"

"I would love more symmetry and consistency in the shape. The shape is always a struggle. One gal gets it right every time, though. I'll probably come in with photos or maybe just ask for the same technician every time I come in. Perhaps the shape that I request is just a tough one to master, but it's always so disappointing to walk out of the nail salon with lopsides nails. For the money and the two weeks of wearing the manicure, and the time it takes to get it done, I sure do wish it would be right every time."

"Nails came out really pretty! The workers here are very nice and the woman who did my nails made sure every sparkle she drew was perfect. Bit pricey but honestly it was worth it compared to other places around Bellingham because of their efficiency and good attitudes. Will come again :)"
