"I just went in here two days ago as a 18 year old new to doing big girls things by myself. I needed to make my own phone line and get myself a new phone. i was quite confused and not sure exactly what i needed. but i was helped by a very kind man named David. he was so thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way i could understand. he made this experience less scary for me and make me feel confident in doing something like this on my own. i got a new phone for such a good deal and did open my own phone line. he was so helpful and kind and the manager was too, i just didn’t catch her name but she took such good care of me. i’m so happy with my new phone and service!!! thank you t mobile and david!!! they’re so trustworthy!! i forgot to mention i was switching over from verizon and switching out of my parents account, they made the transition so smooth!! such a proud new customer"

"I've been a customer of this store for years. I can't believe how their customer service has deteriorated! There was a young man and a young woman behind the counter when I arrived. "We don't do that here, you have to go to port Angeles." It just got worse from there. They did the same to the guy who came in after me. There was no one else in the store! Not like they were so busy they had to farm out some customers. And he acted like it was no inconvenience to me at all, only 14 miles he said. I drove from the other direction, and would make the trip excessively long I informed him. Problem is, he had no idea what he was talking about, he was not even polite enough to ask. He just assumed I lived in his town. That store captures customers of a 60 mile radius. He has not even taken the time to know his customer base. Bad experience. I doubt I will use this store ever again."

"The staff at this store did a good job on my initial visit, getting me set up with new phones as I was switching from Metro PCS. They also provided me with a T-Mobile Internet portal to try for fifteen days. They also convinced me to purchase a couple of new phone chargers that I didn't need, and for which the cables provided with the phones didn't fit. Well, the portal wouldn't connect with the tower, so the next morning I stopped by to return the portal and cables, and was treated fairly rudely by the manager and the other sales person. I will never enter the store again because of their rudeness."
