"I saw Dr Zhou in May of 2020 for tooth pain. I have been dealing with the fallout from his treatment since. It’s been hours in a chair, an oral surgery and an ER visit and has cost me over $7000 up to this point. Not including what I spent in his office. When he replaced a crown he did such a poor job it cracked the tooth behind it 1 week later which sent me to the ER. I lost that tooth as a result. He did offer to “fix it” but I didn’t want to give him an opportunity to do more damage. The crown was so ill fitting it also threw off my bite. I’ve now had a tooth extraction, replaced the crown and need braces to correct my bite. There’s also a gap in my front teeth where there never was one. Aside from poor technical work, while I was being treated he lost the mold they tooth of my teeth and put someone else’s mold in my mouth. I’m hoping it was sanitized but either way how gross! Poor skills, poor management and his front desk staff were incredibly unprofessional. I would steer clear of Dr Zhou."

I’ve never before been to a dentist’s appointment that started on-time, cleaning that only took a 1/2 hour, or dentist bother to explain to me what the different, specific things in my x-rays meant (e.g., “See the white spots here? That’s calcium. You have a good amount for your age. But that white spot is a filling.”). And the front-desk staff & dental assistants are just as nice & efficient."

Doctor Zhou is very gentle when he’s working in my mouth, careful about the positioning of his instruments and checking in with me about my level of comfort.
