"I found Dr. Han by accident needing an emergency appointment during the holidays. I can tell you, I now have a new dentist. I rarely write reviews for things but when an experience is exceptional, it needs to be noted. From my very first phone call (which they actually answered unlike many places), the staff was kind, thoughtful, helpful and extremely considerate of my needs. They were able to fit me in right away, were extremely efficient and informative with the new patient paperwork and clearly outlining my costs up front so there were no surprises. The office and restroom were immaculate, comfortable, inviting and even had coffee/water in the waiting room. Dr. Han's front office staff made me comfortable and were informative from the first phone call and throughout the visit, his dental assistant (feel terrible for forgetting his name) was absolutely OUTSTANDING and kind and Dr. Han himself was very thoughtful, honest, informative and knowledgeable, compassionate and took care of my issue right away instead of making me wait through the holiday. I didn't think this kind of medical care and compassion existed anymore! Not only am I a fan, this will now be my dental office going forward. I not only found an amazing dental team, but I felt like I had new friends by the time I left the office. Thank you Cedar Creek Dental for taking a stressful day for me and making it easy. "How cute is this succulent in tooth shaped pot?!! It was a gift from Dr. Han’s office on my first visit as a thank you for being referred. They let me choose between the plant or a bottle of wine & I couldn’t pass up the unique pot. I never write reviews but writing one for this dentist’s office is a must. I’ve lived in several states and had a dentist or two I’ve really liked but Dr. Han & his team are hands down the best I’ve been to. Everything about this office is top notch starting with Letty at the front desk. She is very personable and I was grateful she helped get me in for a last minute cleaning - which no exaggeration turned out to be the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Shout out and huge thank you to hygienist, Rochelle. She took her time and was incredibly thorough. Dr. Han is kind, easy-going and knows his stuff. Big thank you to this team!"
