"My wife and I go to Allium at least once a month. The food, drinks and service are excellent. A couple of days ago the chef at Allium, Brad, prepared his Lamb Chop Special; bone in lamb chops, saffron rice and Brussel sprouts with an outstanding deglaze sauce. "Amazing food, as a long time chef, it's hard for me to go into a restaurant and find dishes I'm excited about. Not the case here. I literally couldn't even pick. I wanted to try so many of the entrees and appetizers. Luckly I had my wife with me so I could try two dishes. I had the gnocchi she had the risotto, we were carb craving. First word that comes to mind on both dishes was" balanced" not one flavor overpowered and it allowed all the flavors to shine coming together to make amazing dishes. The risotto was so perfectly cooked creamy but still firm enough with every grain. Portion sizes are what you would expect from the quality but are fair. Happy hour looks amazing and so reasonably priced . Groupon got us here we will be back.went pack got the pallea it was amazing"
