"Avoid this company at all costs. They dropped my coverage for no reason, sent me late fees for said dropped coverage, and then started billing Me out of nowhere without my expressed interest in their coverage (after they dropped Me without warning. I was paying my bills on time every month.). If I could put 0 stars, I would. Also, the 1 incident i had was someone vandalized My car window and I did most of their job for them due to their horrible communication skills with the business replacing the glass (which was fantastic service and work). This review does not single out any specific person, but the company as a whole. There are good people that work here and I am aware of horrible training programs that most big name companies have."

"I have no idea why Allstate treats great drivers with no accidents no tickets for three years and they keep raising your rates. Three years ago I started paying 144 and seven months it went to 177 with no explanation or duty inflation and then today I call and they raised it to 191 no phone call no letter in the mail no email and they say it’s due to inflation that I am in a pool with elderly people that can’t drive and so they’re punishing me for being a good driver and raising my rates this is the worst experience of an insurance company that I’ve ever had to deal with in my life I only had $180 in my bank account to make this $177 payment today and now I don’t have enough money to pay it so now I need to borrow 20 more dollars to put into my account to make this payment I am more than upset because there is no explanation there is nobody that let you know that your rates are being raised for being a good driver I really think that this is a sad situation and you’re taking advantage of people there is no reason to raise my rates about $65 in the last seven months I definitely am going to look for other insurance companies that don’t punish people for having a good driving record and blaming an inflation for raise and everybody’s rates again"

My agents name is Paul and he was so helpful and patient and didn't mind me texting anytime I needed something adjusted or when I was worried my payment didn't process. They saved me a legit $500 month from what progressive was overcharging me!!! They really saved me so much financial stress!! I would recommend ALLSTATE INSURANCE to anyone needing insurance. I had a couple at faults and needed an SR22 and they were able to help me so if they can help me they can help you too!!"
