"Honestly, I've been with my current insurance company for 11 years which longview insurance helped me find when I desperately needed insurance and had a lot of issues. I was thankful for their help. But the last 3 or 4 times I've dealt with them has been terrible. I recently bought a brand new vehicle. I called and was told I would receive a call back. 3 hours later I got a call...which I understand they were busy. The person on the phone transferred me to someone else after calling me. After waiting on hold a woman picked up and was very loud and very disrespectful. I was asking about maybe recieving some other quotes to try and lower my rates. She was rude and very unhelpful. I told her she could give me a call and I would do my best to step away and answer while at work. She sounded extremely annoyed and said she would email me in about 15 minutes with new quotes...which was fine. Still have yet to receive anything. This is probably the last time I will be dealing with them after being disrespected so many times. I was also very respectful and calm while on the phone and still recieved horrible service. Time to move on I guess."

As a matter of fact when I asked about it the assured me it was necessary seeing as how my moms car wasn't worth that much. I would recommend this place to all."
