Panera Bread,

"I've been going to Panera on/off for years.. normally the quality of the food and bread is awesome. Got my sandwich and salad today (at this location) and it was just small and slopped together. So disappointing. Also, the last two times I visited I noticed each time when I ordered the food, the people taking my orders were very rude. Like almost looking to start an argument; had a serious attitude. If you say "hello" they won't respond back, will snap at you. The people working in the back are pretty nice though, even when confronted by other customers for preparing the food too slow. I didn't mind the wait because they were definitely very busy. The girl taking my order, on the other hand, should reconsider working in any customer service capacity."

"Ordered 2 sandwiches & a smoothie on Uber eats. Started eating my 2nd sandwich and noticed it tasted weird, opened it up and saw how bad the avocado is. I work in the food industry and this is very unacceptable to use items that are already bad like this. This was a $10 sandwich, Uber wouldn’t even give me the full refund for the item either. Ruined my stomach and appetite. Very disappointed in whoever chose to use a bad avocado into my sandwich."

"Great spot for a healthier side of life meal and nice spot to work remotely as I saw many there doing this. Recent visit was for a quick lunch bite and the French onion soup was a show stopper!! I will be ordering that in a bread bowl my next trip! The margarita pizza was a good choice as well and much larger that I had expected so opted for a box in the end. Very filling meal."

"The food is delicious. My favorite is the chicken and wild rice, especially in the sourdough bread bowl The mac n cheese is also pretty good."
