"I might come back. The service was good. The fish had a crunchy batter, and the inside was flaky. It did leave a pretty heavy greasy feeling, though, so maybe I won't come often. The chips could use some work, it was soft and pliable, like eating old jojos. Also, I think a lemon wedge would go a long way. It would probably help cut the greasiness."

"Wow, quite possibly the best fish and chips I've ever had! The batter on the fish was thick, but light and crispy! That first bite, the massive crunch, the tartar and flaky fish! Oh boy, it was magnificent. The fish was fresh. The fries are delicious as well. Not sure how to describe the shape, maybe a spiral wedge? They are cooked to perfection, crispy not burnt and the potato inside is done, but still has some body, so not mushy. Chef's kiss."

"I saw the Eater article and I couldn't get over how good those chips look, so husband and I drove up from Gresham. They're every bit as delicious as I had hoped. Perfectly fried golden brown I put a little bit of salt on them and they were delicious. The fish was also really good. The crispy and slightly sweet batter contrasts with the flakey and hearty cod. I kept burning my mouth trying to eat it before it had cooled down. I've never had mushy peas, but they were also good and surprisingly hearty tasting. The guys in the truck also gave us a sample of their new beef pie. That was pretty good. Very buttery crust, and the beef was cooked just right. We also got the clam chowder. Husband loved it, but I'm not a fan of smoked fish so it wasn't my thing. We also got sticky toffee pudding, but we're too full to eat it and will have it later at home. The people in the truck were so nice. We chatted about food and comiserated over the loss of the Toffee Club, which was a great soccer bar from the beforetimes. And the weather was just perfect for fish and chips. And there was no line. All in all a good afternoon."

"This bright, vividly colored food truck has simple, delicious, filling food for extremely reasonable prices. The love and care put into the recipes is clear in the bright colors and fresh flavors of the food you get. The fish is fresh, and the pieces are thick. The batter cooks up light and crispy, and the flavor is subtle to let the sauces shine through. The chips are crispy on the outside, and the insides are a strange but wonderful chewy texture; much unlike the usual fluffy texture of fries you might be used to. The tartar sauce is zingy and zesty, and the mushy peas are a simple, wholesome delight to round out the meal. I will definitely be coming back here again to try more than just the base fish and chips meal; it is extremely good."

"First time here and I was impressed with everything. Food was Delicious!! The chowder was favorite, the fish had a smokey taste. Fish and potato chips were perfect. The wings were sweet and spicy. First time trying the peas and I liked it. I was never a fan of curry and theirs was so yummy. And the tartar sauce was creamy. We waited 15 minutes for our food to be ready, which is not bad on a Saturday lunchtime. Would be back for sure."
