"I had to get a tooth extraction, the team at Willamette dental North Seattle, were super professional, from beginning to end, beginning with setting the appointment, and getting me in, to my teeth, cleaning, and pictures of all my teeth, to the team of Dr. Huhyn and Desiree to pull my tooth, They were awesome and I’m really glad that I put my trust in them I’m deeply satisfied. I am happy to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!"
"Would not recommend getting Invisalign here. The price was hardly cheaper upfront than traditional insurance, but they also make you pay $20/visit and seemingly maximize your amount of visits. I would often have to come in to pickup retainers, which is literally just them handing them to you, putting them on, and you leaving, and they charge you $20 for this. The entire appointment takes less than a minute. There was even once when I came in to get a scan and then came in a month later to pickup retainers but they had to do the scan again because someone lost it! Of course I had to pay for the additional visit too. Towards the end of my treatment I also felt gaslit when I wasn’t happy with certain teeth. The dentist told me it was because “some of my teeth were thicker” but I have since gone to another ortho who said that is not the case. Overall it was a really frustrating experience and I am still not fully satisfied with my teeth but have spent a ton of money."
"The only reason I am giving this a 2-star rather than a 1-star review is because the person at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the dentist I saw was great. No complaints about them. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very rough, unprofessional, and did a terrible job with cleaning. Basically, she just scraped my teeth for about 40 minutes with the instruments in a very rough way, without using the ultrasonic cleaner properly and in the end not even doing the teeth polishing. I asked if I could get the teeth polished and she assumed I didn't want it because I happened to say that the toothpaste I currently use is fluoride-free, and that I had no problem with a fluoride compound used for the polishing. In the end, I didn't get my teeth polished at all, my enamel looks destroyed, and my teeth have never looked so yellow and stained as they do now despite my perfect oral hygiene. The hygienist also didn't bother to communicate much at all during the appointment and explain properly what she was doing each time. In the end when she walked away and was "done", I had to ask for a glass of water from another staff member to rinse my mouth, because I wasn't even offered any water. Additionally, I also got no summary from the hygienist about my teeth health status and had to ask the person at the front desk to bring me a copy. They were very kind in assisting me with getting the summary. Overall, a terrible approach to the patient and lack of care - and the worst hygienist I have ever had in this country. She felt in a rush and like she didn't care about the job. My advice to management is to train your staff or find more competent and professional staff who actually take pride in their work and care about doing it properly. No complaints about the dentist or the front desk, though. After this experience, I have decided to switch to either Willamette Bellevue (my previous location, with waaaaaaaay better trained staff) or an entirely different dental plan."
"Every staff member I encountered was really lovely, with clear intentions to create a pleasant experience. I felt really heard when I expressed my concerns, and everything I asked for was done. I really like the focus on preventative care, and that drilling is a last resort. I have been to seven or eight dentists in the Seattle area, and this is the only office I have ever been eager to return to. Plus my teeth have never felt so clean!"
"I have a very big fear of the dentist due to a previous root canal. The minute I arrived they made me feel comfortable and assured me that I was in good hands. Dr Li was amazing and caring to my fears. She let me wear my air pods and gave me Nitrous which helped a lot. The only time I felt anything was during the numbing process and she was very good at that as well. I would recommend them to anyone. I am so happy that I came here for my root canal. I no longer fear going to get necessary work done. Do not hesitate and come here."
