"I have 4 appointment times in a 6 day period. 1st appointment Sunday 25th, when I got there, they did not record of my appointment time and turned me away until Tuesday. On Tuesday, store called off my appointment because they were short staffed. Moved my appointment to Friday at 3pm. I had to leave work to make appointment time. 2.5 hours into appointment I am informed they do no have to tools to remove my front wheels abs rescheduled me to the following morning (Saturday). Saturday morning they did not have record of my appointment time that I was told was set for Saturday at 8am, but took my truck in anyhow. Work was done almost 4 hours later. Was giving a verbal quote of about $80 to mount and balance 2 tires, but the total was almost double that. I wanted to give firestone a try, but after the 6 days I spent to try to get 2 tires mounted and the miscommunication, lack of customer service and being unprepared shows me that from management to tech this store is unorganized"
