"OCTUBER 3 I JUST CAME IN BECAUSE MY CAR WAS GOING TO LOCK, ID PARKED IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. AFTER I PARKED MY CAR STOPED WORKING. THE GUY CAME OUT AND TOLD ME TO MOVE. I TOLD HIM WHAT WAS GOING ON. I SAID IM SORRY WITH SMILE. NEVER SAID ANYTHING AND LEFT. AFTER 5 MINUTES WAITING HE CAME OUT. AND TOLD HIM AIM SORRY ITS MY FRIST TIME HERE. HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING. AND I TOLD HIM, I SAID IM SORRY AND NEVER SAID ANYBTIN, HE DID NOT REPLAY TO ME AND NOT EVEN I HEARD YOU. HE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE. AND CAME BACK. AND DONE. NOT EVEN THA KS NOT EVEN GOOD BYE. WHAT A BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. I DONT RECOMEND TO COME OVER HERE WITH THIS BAD ATTITUD."

"I went for a monthly reset. And because of last time I was here and I had an argument with guy about a payment I was not supposed to pay and got my reimbursement. Today he decided to be PETTY and make me wait a full 57min on something usually done in 15 min. Then when I said something about it he got tough for no reason and acted in gestures like he wanted to physically FIGHT me. I am scared to go back very UNPROFESSIONAL you do not talk to CUSTOMERS in such way. I felt very UNSAFE. and now I dont know if he MESSED my CAR up.. i have to wait n see. AS ONE BUSINESS OWNER TO THE NEXT. I AM APPALLED. Now I question how this guy still has a JOB there. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH HIS ATTITUDE ASAP."

"It's a third party vendor that goes by the name of sound and wheels. They can do interlocks installs. I have been here for routine check-ups every month for my interlock. The staff is really cool and friendly."
