"Burien Service Team- The service department the worst ever. I had an appointment and was there for four hours on top of that paying 289.00 for brake fluid and my brakes are still squeaking. The lady at the service desk was very helpful but other than that Burien Nissan Service Department the WORST. Why schedule an appointment if your car goes back 2hours after you arrived this is point less. Suggestion-How about limit yourselves to a certain amount of cars that you all can work on so you wouldn't have this problem. And pay your mechanic good so they value their job and do a good work in a timely manner. When you do this to your customers it’s like you don’t value them at all. No one has hours on in to sit at the shop. Please respect your customers time and put yourself in their shoes. Treat people the way you want to be treated and stop ripping people off. Stop saying you all fixed something when clearly you haven’t. I was only there for my free oil change that came with buying my car from there. Then I was told that I needed brake fluid at 289.00 I will not becoming back here it’s not worth it. I would rather go to Jiffy Lube, they value their customers and do a good job."
"I recently took in my car to for a recall and all point. It came back to me damaged. Something happened that caused my battery to no longer connect to the starter. Spoke with a customer service rep and he said that it was my fault that I don't drive it that much. I'm at a loss."
"I've come here regularly over the last several years for oil changes. They quote oil change as $89, but with the "shop fee" it's really $105. It turns out every service I've done has this quoted price - up on the readerboard above the desk - and the real price. So a bate-and-switch game. This location was always convenient for me, put people shouldn't have to put up with what is really dishonesty. Don't say a price "and fees," name your price. I found a new place this time."
"I came here for the first service interval on my '22 Leaf. I was told that the annual battery inspection was required and would be $100. When I picked up my vehicle and showed the service advisor the spot in my warranty manual that clearly states "The 12 and 24 month EV Battery Usage Report will be performed at no charge to the customer, provided the work is done at a Nissan LEAF certified dealer" I was told that it was no longer required and that they would not honor what was written in my warranty manual. The service manager told me that since I had signed for it when I dropped my car off, it was "legally binding". Sometimes, there's a difference between what's legal and what's right and they were clearly on the wrong side. After a bit of discussion, they knocked off $50 of the cost and lost me as a customer. I have made a complaint with Nissan corporate. I did find the provided website with service status very helpful and the advisors were friendly and made me feel welcome. EDIT: After receiving a message from the dealership saying they wanted to resolve my issue, I spent several months trying to get a hold of anyone to actually resolve anything. I've now wasted several hours of my life trying to fix this with no actual progress. My last phone call today the manager told me there was nothing he could do. Updating my review to one star, now that I know that this dealership is entirely focus on squeezing every last dollar out of their customers and not at all on making lifetime customers."
"It's best to make an appointment to come get your oil change. They do a great job. You get everything checked on your car. They will tell you what you need and when it should be replaced. The waiting area is clean and nice. When waiting for your car to get done with services. There is a coffee machine. They have hot tea and water."
