Jiffy Lube

"Went in for a oil change service and was very dissapointed. I have had my 2013 mazda 3 for 10 years and never had an oil leak. Always took it to the dealer for service. However, this time around when i needed an oil change i decided, since i had just gotten new tires and had everything looked at, there was no need to go to the dealer for a quick oil change an opted for Jiffy Lube. Within a day after i had the appointment my car began leaking oil. I decided to go back in so they could check and was told my car was missing an oil plug washer and that i would need to go buy a new set cause they dont carry them... If it were missing prior to the service you would think i would have oil leaking any time in the last 10 years, but nope first time and they then told me i would need to go buy a new oil plug/washer set and that there was nothing they could do besides to tighten the existing plug more. Extremely frustrating, and do not recommend"

"After the payment, I drove off and noticed that the MAINT REQD light was still on. So I had to come back and ask if they can help turning it off for me. Only to be told that I should google on how to do it myself. The team lead also mentioned: “I know how to turn mine off but not yours, sorry” So here I am with a solid 1 star. I didn’t even bother to argue with him. I was friendly the whole time. Thanks to him that I now know how to turn off the light myself."

"I've been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube, but I strongly recommend avoiding this particular store . Their posted closing time is 6 pm, and I arrived at 5:15 pm for an oil change. The only customer before me departed the store at 5:18 pm, but an employee declined to assist me, seemingly in an effort to leave work early."
