"I had a great experience here! The people were very knowledgeable and able to direct me to get pairs of shoes and insoles that would help me correct my gait. Gadi was great at helping me recognize when I was supinating and pronating and worked with me to find the best pair of shoes that would correct the issues but still be in my style."
"Editied I changed my review from 1 star to 5 because of the wonderful customer service of the manager Samantha at this location (who happens to be the lady I mentioned in my original review) she reached out to me personally and offered some options to make this right. I greatly appreciate her attention to her customers and will continue to shop here because of her. Below is my original review and I only gave 1 star.... I've purchased 3 pairs of shoes here..they are not cheap, which is expected with the brands. The girl with the brown pony tail is really nice and helpful, but the man that works there made me feel like I was a bother to him, by asking questions and not wanting orthotics for my shoes, I just wanted a shoe to help with my foot pain. He was not friendly at all and made me feel like a big inconvenience even though I was spending almost 200 and trying to support a local small business, I guess I will be going to REI or ordering online from now on. Very disappointing."
"I was there on my doctors recommendation. They did not have the shoes my doctor recommended, and obviously they were not interested in helping with that. I did purchase a pair, that are working well for me. I felt the customer service was lacking for me. The gentleman helping me, obviously did not want to, or just does not enjoy his job. However the woman helping another customer came across as a caring person, spent time with them getting a good fit, and gave great suggestions to the customer for trying them for a couple weeks. I would go back if she was working, but will not go in if just the gentleman that helped me."
"There were three employees sitting doing nothing when I walked in and they looked at me like I was an alien. The fellow who finally acknowledged my presence asked what I was looking for and when I explained how I suffered a health setback a couple of years ago and am in need of shoes that will fit and be comfortable when my feet swell up it was immediately apparent he didn't care and hadn't listened to a word I said. I told him I would prefer a slip on shoe and he told me in a completely dismissive tone they didn't really have anything like that and I said perhaps I was in the wrong store. I said I was looking for shoes of a more therapeutic capacity and he said they sell therapeutic shoes, took a half hearted measurement, didn't even bother with width and went to get what they had in stock. He came out with one pair of lace up shoes that weren't even remotely what I said I was looking for, but I tried them on anyway. They were less comfortable than the shoes I walked in with which were a pair of relatively cheap deck shoes. He just said that's all they had, sorry, in the same dismissive tone he'd had since he first opened his mouth. Rude, dismissive and completely uninterested in the only customer in the store while offering nothing more than one, one pair of shoes is no way to man a shoe store. I should have got his name, he needs to be fired. I have taken my business elsewhere and will continue to do so. Shoreline store, mid afternoon, Saturday August 5, 2023."
"Excellent service, patient and extremely helpful people helped me half the day as I couldn't quite decide. (complicated feet) I wasn't alone. No one pushed me to buy, they seemed genuinely focused on helping me find the best fit. Have been going for years, but today, topped the charts. This place is where you go to get top notch service and attention for your important feet."
