"I needed to exchange a pair of boots ASAP for work and I don't live up in Seattle so it's difficult to make it in unless I'm up north. I happened to be up there one day but I only had 10 minutes before they closed and I was 35 minutes from them further north. I called spoke with Austin who told me they would wait for me to get there! What amazing service and overall willingness to help me out even though he or the store manager didn't have to! All I can say is that they are a cool bunch of people who truly do their best to help their customers! So grateful for such an awesome experience!"
