"I don't usually have negative things to say but this time I need to I came in for my oil change an oil filter I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now an I have never been so upset an disappointed on the service i had received one young guy worked on my mini an things on the list were not done like my tires I came here because my son is Josh Hohman to support what he does but I don't feel good going back . I have spent alot of money an it was slow that day ."

"Came into the 181st jiffy lube today with my car making a horrible grinding sound. Greg the manager seen my heat shield on my catalytic converter was hanging and missing clips and he resecured it for me! Him and his team were awesome and I will be back for prior services!"

"I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for about 3 years for oil change and fuel filter service on my diesel Silverado 3500. The service has been good. Today was a great disappointment. No one checked my tires, they did not top of any fluids, they couldn’t change my fuel filter. I’m not sure if they have had a change at the top, but there was definitely a different feel of customer service."

"Good location. it's a little tight to get out of but the technicians were all polite, professional, and friendly. O and fast. 1 of the fastest oil changes I have gotten from Jiffy Lube. Even faster than when I worked at one and had my car done there."

"On June 8, this location repaired my brakes and rotors of the rear wheels. However, I was continuously getting the squealing sound. I called the location on several occasions, and also went by in August to see why the noise was continuing. At that time, I was told to change the brakes of the front wheels, this was on 8/18/23, which I did. The noise continued. I called back again and was told to bring the car back in. The end of August, I take my car in, and they could not give me an answer to why the squealing sound continues. On September 21, I go in around 6:15 pm to check my rear tire. I was told that there’s not much they can do at that time because they were about to close and I need to come back the following day at that time, which is understandable. I also told the associate that my brakes are continuing to squeal. She stated that most of the times the employees don’t lubricate them and advised me to come back the following morning and they will take a look at them. The following morning, on September 22, I go back at 8 AM in the morning and was told that most of the employees called in sick and there unable to do any work and I need to go to “Eric store“ which is in a Gresham a few miles away. I go to this location and speak with Eric and tell him that I was sent over from the Portland location and I need to get my brakes and my rear tire looked at. He had one of his associates work on my car, and nothing was done. I asked him about the noise, and he couldn’t give me a definite answer and said that he “dusted“ the rotors and regarding the tire, he said he’s unable to get the wheel off because it’s too tight, and it broke two of his tools. He suggested I go back to the location that sent me over in the first place. A complete waste of my time in the morning and nothing happened. I take my car to discount tire and they changed my tire, gave me a new sensor and did everything very smoothly, no problem. A service both of Jiffy lube location did not provide. I’ve been told by several people never to take my car to Jiffy Lube, and this will certainly be the case, they will never earn my business again. I have spent over $800 with them."
