"Very terrible experience here and I would not recommend taking your car here, especially if it is not an American manufactured car. The sign said 15 minute oil change and I was there for 55 minutes. And they started servicing my car even though they did not know how to reset the oil / service light - they should have NEVER started work on my car without knowing how to do that. So I waited 55 minutes for an oil change and had to still take my car to the BMW Dealership as they were unable to reset the service warning. And they still charged me the total price for the oil change, even with the incredibly long service time and not being able to complete the oil change appropriately. I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere to take you car in for an oil change."

"I’ve always had a great experience here, even when it was Oilcan Henery’s. Except this last time. I got my oil changed and two days later my oil light came on when braking. Upon checking the dipstick, there was no oil on it whatsoever. My first thought, I have a massive leak. Second thought is they didn’t fill it completely at all. Seeing as how I went home after that oil change and had no oil on the ground, I’m willing to bet they didn’t fill it. So I went back the day after I noticed the light and the tech told me it has to be a leak even though there’s no evidence of one. So they filled it and I left. Didn’t have an issue after that. Which told me yeah, they never filled it completely to begin with. So I then took it to my local dealership to have them check for any leaks and they found none. Everything was as it should be. With that being said, I’ll no longer be taking our vehicles to any Valvoline shop again. Another side note, the tech that serviced our Sienna had absolutely no idea how to reset the maintenance required light. So probably more training needs to be administered."

"My husband and I usually take our cars to our mechanic for an oil change. We decided to give these guys a try because making an appointment and having to wait for an hour or more at the mechanic just wasn't cutting it for us anymore. First time I brought my husband's car in, the guys were super fast and very friendly. Today, I brought his car in again and the service was top Notch like the first time we came in. My husband said I am not allowed to take his car anywhere other than here for all of his future oil changes. I will be bringing my car here when I am due for an oil change as well."
